Trudeau & Trudeau Associates Inc. (T&T) offers college juniors, seniors and graduate students with the opportunity to experience the world of Investment Banking, first hand. The Analyst internship program provides the platform for outstanding university students to gain valuable experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) in a variety of industries. 

Interns at T&T have the responsibility of developing detailed analysis and rationale that model a client’s potential opportunities.  This usually involves discussions with Chief Executive Officers, Presidents, Corporate Development Officers of Public, and Private companies. 

Intern Analysts are involved in: assisting and shaping clients acquisition strategies, analyzing segments of various industries, and identifying potential acquisition candidates.  In addition, Interns will also be; assessing prospective buyers for strategic fit, contributing to selling memoranda, analyzing optimal deal structure and value for the seller and assisting in equity raises.
